  1. WHAT INCENTIVES DO I RECEIVE WHEN I SIGN UP?
    You will be able to enjoy the following incentives when you sign up with any of our offered lead generation packages:
    • Two complimentary 1-hour Strategy Sessions either in person (if based in Auckland) or over an online video call.
    • Money back guarantee for first 2 months on our lead generation packages. Available for a limited number of new clients.
    • Client exclusivity perks. To ensure you stand out from your competition, we won't provide lead generation packages to your competition.
    • Monthly payment discounts if signing up for our Quarterly and Bi-annual fixed term plans. Additionally, a free promotional video will be created with each fixed term plan to cement your brand.
    • Monthly video reports on the progress and development of the services provided. Save time with reading/trying to understand complicated reports.
  2. WHAT DO THE STRATEGY SESSIONS COVER?
    Our Strategy Sessions cover assessing your current situation with online leads, identifying a suitable strategy, setting up a roadmap with tools that will be used to generate seller/buyer leads online. Subsequent sessions can be arranged for mentoring and coaching based on results gained.
  3. I’M A DIY TYPE OF PERSON AND WOULD PREFER TO DO IT MYSELF, HOW MUCH DOES EACH STRATEGY SESSION ON ITS OWN COST?
    A 1-hour digital marketing strategy session either in person (if you’re located in Auckland) or through an online video call is worth $250 plus GST. This can be booked here.
  4. HOW DOES YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE WORK?
    At Oysteer, customer satisfaction and success is what we aim to achieve. If you’ve seen no results or leads coming in within the first 2 months of our working period, you are free to cancel our lead generation package service and claim your money back (See next Q&A for more detail.). We are confident that we will be able to deliver fantastic results for your business through leads that we are willing to shoulder this risk.
  5. WILL I BE ABLE TO CLAIM THE ENTIRE AMOUNT I’VE PAID?
    Yes, however all funds spent on third party services such as Facebook ads, Google ads, etc. are non-refundable. Additionally, if you were rewarded by our team with special offers or freebies (services performed or tools provided access to) during our working period, this will be cancelled/recovered from you upon cancellation.
  6. DOES YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ALSO APPLY TO THE QUARTERLY OR BI-ANNUAL FIXED TERM PLANS?
    Yes, you may still opt to claim your money back for the first two monthly payments within the first 2 months of the initial payment for a lead generation package even with a fixed term plan so long as no desirable results were achieved in the form of leads.
  1. WHY SHOULD I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR CLIENT EXCLUSIVITY FEATURE?
    We mean it when we say that we want you to stay ahead of your competition. For our clients’ best interests, we exclusively provide lead generation packages to one agent in a real estate branch/office* at a time. Working exclusively for you means that we’ll be able to provide our full commitment and resources to help you become the most sought-after real estate agent in your branch.
  2. ARE THERE EXCEPTIONS TO YOUR CLIENT EXCLUSIVITY DEAL?
    The only exception is when a branch/franchise manager/owner decides to purchase a branch lead generation package for 3 or more agents in their office. This would only be accepted with consent from the agent already using our lead generation packages. Furthermore, in this case, your real estate office would enjoy exclusivity benefits from Oysteer as we will no longer be offering or approving lead generation packages to other real estate agents or real estate branches in the entire suburb. This excludes existing agents from the other branches who are already using our lead generation packages.
  3. WHY SHOULD I SIGN UP UP FOR A QUARTERLY OR BI-ANNUAL FIXED TERM PLAN?
    Payments are still payable monthly and not made in one go for the fixed term period. Agents who sign up for a quarterly or bi-annual fixed term plan will be offered monthly discounts in any of their chosen lead generation packages:
    • Quarterly - 3 months - (10% off monthly investment)
    • Bi-Annual - 6 months - (20% off monthly investment)
    Moreover, clients who sign up for a fixed term plan (quarterly or bi-annual) will be provided with a free promotional video with stock video footages similar to this: https://youtu.be/LALt3rFyUVI (Not applicable to the Starter Package)
  4. HOW DO I MAKE MY PAYMENTS?
    Regardless whether you have a fixed term plan or not, you will receive a monthly billing invoice. Payments will be automatically charged from your credit/debit card and will be billed on a recurring monthly basis unless you decide to cancel the service. Payments will be taken in precisely one-month increments from the date you first signed up (e.g. If initial payment was made on 2nd October 2017, the next payment would be directly charged on 2nd November 2017 and so on.).
  5. WHAT IF I END MY FIXED TERM PLAN EARLY WITHOUT ASKING FOR A REFUND?
    Clients who wish to terminate their fixed term plan will still have to pay the total amount of unpaid monthly payments for the remainder of the fixed term period. (3 or 6 months)
  6. NEITHER OF THESE PACKAGES FIT MY NEEDS. CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM PACKAGE?
